By accessing this website and placing an order with Etchsavvy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Custom Orders

All products are custom engraved based on customer-provided text, designs, or specifications.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all submitted details are accurate.

Order Approval

Order details and/or previews may be provided for approval before production.

Once an order is approved and payment is received, no changes can be made.

Payment Terms

Orders are invoiced after approval and must be paid in full before production begins.

Etchsavvy reserves the right to cancel any order that is not paid.

Right to Refuse Service

Etchsavvy reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, orders containing inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content, suspected fraud, or requests that cannot be fulfilled.

If an order is canceled before production, any payment made will be refunded.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom nature of engraved products:

All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.

Exceptions may be made only if:

The item is defective

An error was made by Etchsavvy

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Etchsavvy at orders@etchsavvy.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

Because all products are custom-made and approved prior to production, chargebacks may be disputed using order approvals, communication records, and proof of delivery.

Fraudulent chargebacks may result in further action to recover funds.

Production & Shipping

Production begins after payment is received.

Estimated production and shipping times are not guaranteed. Etchsavvy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate engraving details
• Reviewing and approving designs carefully
• Entering correct shipping information

Etchsavvy is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they have the right to use any text, images, or designs submitted.

Etchsavvy is not liable for copyright or trademark violations related to customer-provided content.

Limitation of Liability

Etchsavvy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Changes to Terms

Etchsavvy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
