Most custom engraving orders are completed within 1–3 business days. Timing may vary depending on the complexity of your design and the order volume. Shipping time is additional for orders being mailed. If you have a special deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

What if my engraved item doesn’t meet my expectations?

Because our personalized items are made specifically for each customer, all sales are final. If your item arrives defective or EtchSavvy made an engraving or production error, please contact us so we can review the issue and work toward a resolution. We encourage customers to carefully review their design and personalization details before approving production.

Can I see a preview of my engraving before it's done?

For custom orders that require design approval, we'll send a digital proof to the email address you provide before engraving begins. Please review your spelling, layout, and personalization details carefully. Production will begin after you approve the design. Preview availability may vary by product and design.
