All sales are final.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted.
Exceptions may be made only if:
The item is defective
An error was made by Etchsavvy
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact Etchsavvy at orders@etchsavvy.com to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.
Because all products are custom-made and approved prior to production, chargebacks may be disputed using order approvals, communication records, and proof of delivery.
Fraudulent chargebacks may result in further action to recover funds.
